If you are expecting an ‘intense’ heat like a heating pad, this is not what I experienced. But in comparison with other braces, I would say that the Bamboo Pro Self-Warming knee support was warmer. It was also very comfortable. The fit was snug, but not too tight. It gave me just enough support that I needed. And yes, my skin was warmer to the touch then using just a regular wrap. I have used the Bamboo Pro Self-Warming Knee support several times, and each time I have been pleased. I have used it after running or for 'recovery'.

My hubby needs this. He is having a lot of issues with his knee lately.
ReplyDeleteI was a brace fitter in a former life and some of the contraptions that cost $$$ were essentially a neoprene compression garment. Of course when more stability is necessary a bigger brace is required, but for aches and pains , sometimes a sleeve is the aswer.
