Full Disclosure: I have partnered with Thule to #giveaway a Thule jogging stroller, but I have not been compensated in any form.
I remember when Lil Man was a baby. My only time to get in a workout was before Hubby went to work. Which meant I had to run at 5am or 6am after being up most of the night with Lil Man. You guessed it, those early morning runs just didn't happen most days. I tried. I really did, but I was exhausted.
Yes, I have a treadmill which helped. But it didn't give me the freedom (or the fresh air) that my jogging stroller did.
Pushing the stroller was hard. It became a challenge that I looked forward to overcoming. And on those days that running just wasn't going to happen, walking could. So I did.
I could take Lil Man out at any time and get some exercise and fresh air. Sometimes it was all we needed to change both of our moods.
He loved it. He still does. Even at 4 (he barely fits), we still run together. When Hubby is out of town, and my basement treadmill seems more dread than fun, Lil Man and I will take the jogger out. (Thule Urban Glide - Bringing Smiles Mile By Mile)
He's a great motivator. "Why are you walking? Go faster!" I love that I have been able to set an example for him with exercise. To him, it's just a normal daily part of our life. We run in all types of weather - yes - even in the Winter. Check out my Winter Running Tips.
But the jogging stroller has brought me so much more. Because of it, we've been able to explore our world together - a flock of birds - a corn field - an animal in the distance - cool clouds - the sun. You name it. We couldn't have experienced those things together if we'd gone to the gym, or stayed home and I'd run on the treadmill.
Don't get me wrong. I run on my treadmill, and Lil Man and I are regulars at the gym. But the jogging stroller opened our world, and I am forever thankful for that bond that he and I have created because of it.
And I would like to give one of you the opportunity to enjoy the freedom of exercising with a jogging stroller. I am partnering with Thule in giving away an Urban Glide or Urban Glide 2 Jogging Stroller. I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to give one of you a stroller.
Please enter the giveaway tools below. And if you know of anyone you think that might would benefit from having a stroller, PLEASE pass this blog link on to them.

ReplyDeleteThanks for following! Good luck! I'm so happy to be a part of this giveaway.
DeleteI've been jogging with my big hard wheeled stroller but I'm guessing that Thule would be super smooth!
ReplyDeleteYes, it's SUPER smooth! I couldn't believe the difference between this and one old one htat I had.
DeleteI have my Uppababy Vista that I take on runs with my son but I can imagine taking an actual jogging stroller would totally change the game. Running with him adds about 2 minutes to my average pace. I'm open to any solution! :)
ReplyDeleteRunning with a stroller slows me down about 2 minutes also.. but this one is super light and made a big difference over a heavier one
ReplyDeleteI stay active by taking my dog for walks and runs. I am currently pregnant with baby number 1, and this would be a fantastic jogger to have so that all three of us can run together! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway! I am way past the days of strollers so if I won I would donate it to one of the moms in my running group with a little one. I stay active by running, swimming , cycling and weight training.
ReplyDeleteI stay active by running of course!
ReplyDeleteAmazing giveaway! Good luck with it. (No kids here!)

ReplyDeleteWith our first baby due in December, having a jogging stroller would come in really handy as I work on getting my pre-baby body back!
ReplyDeleteNot going to enter because the only ones I would be pushing would be the pugs, but this is great! One lucky person is going to be very happy!
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway! But I've got no one to put it in it :)
ReplyDeleteWow, awesome giveaway!! I used to love running with the jogging stroller, but now by boys are so heavy and I get back problems every time I do it, so I've hung it up!
ReplyDeleteKiller giveaway! I don't have kiddos, so I'll save the entries to someone who does - but I will say how amazing I always am and moms and dads running with strollers. I have enough time running with just my own bodyweight! Kudos to all of you fit parents!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great stroller! I'm not entering as the only "kids" I have left to push are 2 geriatric Bichons.
ReplyDeleteCute stroller!
ReplyDeleteSo cool! I have always wanted children just so I can push them in a jogging stroller ;)
ReplyDeleteI love my jogging stroller when my kids were little. I used it daily.
ReplyDeleteWhen my kids were little I loved taking them out in the jogging stroller! Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'm way beyond needing a jogging stroller, but my now 14 year old used to nap in the stroller most days. Some days that meant a super long run or walk LOL.
ReplyDeleteDon't have any kiddos but this stroller looks great! Hope a mom in need gets her hands on it.
ReplyDeleteGo for a walk with the kids on stroller or get on treadmill in basement
ReplyDeletethis is a great giveaway. no kids so no entry but good luck to all!
ReplyDeletewhat an awesome giveaway! I want to have a jogging stroller when I have kids though I always wonder how moms do it. It seems like it would make running SO much harder lol.
ReplyDeleteA stroller like this would be great for walking around my neighborhood. We have lots of big old trees that make the sidewalks really uneven. My baby jogger doesn't quite get over the humps and bumps with ease.
ReplyDeleteCute blog! I love having the whole family go on our evening walks.
ReplyDeletesome amazing stroller for regular mom and liitle babies. these are so amazing to hold small baby and you can also run along with it.
ReplyDeleteI stay active by running and hiit workouts!
ReplyDeleteI stay active by going for walks with my daughter - this looks like an amazing stroller that would be the perfect fit for us!
ReplyDeleteWOW! Great review! I love how compact it is! Lightweight is important! Thank you for reviewing a stroller for older kids!
ReplyDeleteThe reality is the actual growing popularity of jogging strollers in Canada and even around the globe is great proof that it is certainly an important type of equipment to families.
