Will Run For Ice Cream

First of all, let me say, I feel like I've dropped the ball a little with writing. I've been struggling to find the rhythm of all, but I'll get there. This nagging hip injury has definitely thrown off my groove. But as I've said before, and I'll keep saying, life is a journey. And it gives us time and time again to learn from experiences. I keep repeating old habits, ( doing too much too soon ) but I'm also learning as I go. That being said, I ran 1 mile. I didn't feel pain, but I did feel some discomfort. So I knew that I wasn't currently able to run during the upcoming nor'easter.
