What a title right? But trails, jogging strollers and the stomach bug has been my last week or so.
I was able to get out on the trail last week with a friend. It was my first time to run 8 miles on the Appalachian Trail. I love the views! And I can't wait to do more.

It's not always easy to get up super early, but with views like this, it definitely makes it worth while.
We woke up Saturday
to Lil Man being super cranky and just not himself. It didn't take long to realize why. He had the stomach bug - yuck - double yuck - triple yuck. I'm still trying to get the smell out of the carpet and the couch. Thankfully it didn't last long and by the end of the day he was much better. By Sunday, he seemed perfectly fine.
However, it appears that he shared with me - sigh - double sigh - triple sigh. Needless to say, today has not been fun. But I am feeling better, and I didn't want to be stuck in the house all day. So when I got to feeling a little better, Lil Man and I went out for a short run. It was hot and humid, and I wasn't feeling my best. But we got in 2.75 miles by the river in our town.
It was the first time we'd run there with the stroller. He loved it, and we found some more loops we can add on to make it longer.
He wanted to keep going. My stomach said no way. Thankfully this bug seems short lived.
