A Healthy Balance

I'm feeling the lack of my exercise routine. Although I have been able to get in a few workouts, I know they aren't my normal intensity. Combine that with eating my fill of ice cream, cookies and bacon, I'm feeling pretty blah. My blood pressure is high, my clothes are snug, and I feel sluggish.

The road was really wet and muddy today after rain last night. 

So today since I'm TRULY not hungry, I'm outside on the exercise bike while my family is eating breakfast. 

It's HOT and humid out here, but my view is nice. And I'm definitely working up a sweat. 

I still have goals even if I'm on vacation. My goal is to learn a healthy balance.

    1. Yes, it's not as easy as it seems it should be!

  2. If only we could all manage to keep life in perspective and practice balance. Definitely a hard concept!
