Truth time - it took me awhile to get on board with the nutrition piece - go figure. I know - shocker right?!?
But I have to say the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge (#LJFitChallenge) is what really lit a fire under my rear to get strong and fit (notice I didn't say skinny). Sure, I want to lose some weight. My takeaway from the #LJFitChallenge has been a positive one. I am so glad that I did this. And if you are looking for a positive change, I encourage you to check out the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge also.
I haven't reached my goals yet, but I'm well on my way.
Doesn't that feel good? It's great to see results from our hard work! Keep at it!
