A Soak Will Do You Good

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review. My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

I've done the ice bath thing, and I just couldn't stand it more than a few minutes (even with drinking hot tea and a sweatshirt on). I found that ice packs placed strategically worked better for me.

But with my latest injury, I've found that a warm soak in the tub has worked wonders for my mental health and my leg and back.

So when I discovered Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salts I was thrilled. I had been soaking in Epsom Salt baths. But Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salts claim
to have more minerals than Epsom salt. And to my nose (you know I am sensitive to smells) they did smell a little stronger than Epsom salt. Not in a bad way - I could just tell the difference. Another thing is that you use 1 cup of Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salt verses 2 cups when you use Epsom Salt.

I loved the consistency of the Bath salts. They dissolved almost instantly. In addition to soothing my aches and pains, my skin felt great after a soak.

Sadly, I loved the Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salts so much that I have used my entire bag! So I'm going to have to restock!

The Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salts were awesome on their own, but they also paired well with my lavender stress relief bubble bath.

Overall, I am well pleased with Adovia Dead Sea bath salts, and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves a good soak!
