Part of my future workouts will include both Yoga and Pilates. And I thought that this

This is tough, I love them both. I love the relaxing nature of yoga classes. But I ruptured a hamstring in one. I incorporate Pilates moves into my everyday stretching. They're both beneficial for sure.
ReplyDeleteYou are the 2nd person that I've heard of that's ruptured a hamstring during yoga! With my hamstring injury, I'm definitely planning on taking it easy when I do the poses. Did you hold the pose too long or stretch too far?
DeleteWow that was way informative, thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome :)
DeleteI used to go to a Pilates class but that was over a year ago and my core could use a little help these days, thanks for the tips.
ReplyDeleteI am doing both alternately at home. I love the beneficial results after the performance.
ReplyDeleteUpon entering the gym it is imperative to have a clear cut routine plan of action for following online yoga workout. You should know exactly what exercises you will perform that day.
