Yoga Mat Bag By Gecko Active Review

Hot Diggity dog! I found it! Even though my yoga mat has a carrying strap, maybe it's just me, but I find the straps pretty annoying. Either they are slipping off the mat or slipping to the point that I'm dropping the mat, or I'm struggling just to get the strap on the mat. Either way I find it extremely irritating. I mean come on, who wants to lose their Zen from yoga to have to deal with trying to get their mat back in the strap.

Drum roll please, I introduce to you my yoga mat bag from gecko active.

My first impression - this is so cute. I like the design. I love the zippered pouch on the inside. It's big enough to hold a yoga towel, post-workout snack, even a small change of clothes. There's not a ton of room to put a three-piece suit in there or anything, but I believe that it would hold a pair of shorts and a T-shirt if necessary. And there is a smaller zipper pocket on the other side. It's a great place to stash my keys and my ID.

And I like the fact that I can have all of my things in one place instead of having to carry my yoga mat, my keys, my ID, and  anything else that I might need etc. And it sure was a whole lot easier to roll up my mat, put it inside the yoga mat bag, and zipper it up.

It's stylish, extremely functional, and now one of my favorite pieces of gym gear. If you are Yogi, have a friend who is, or if you're someone like me who's just dabbling a little bit with yoga to help cross train with their running, this yoga mat bag from gecko active would make a really great gift. Just something to think about :)

  1. I'm a lifelong follower of online yoga videos and a good supplement fills every last nutritional hole I can think of, and then some. It gives digestive support and is always full of natural energy.
