Regardless, testing the Kinetiks Knee pain relief brace came at the right time for me. This is actually the first brace that I've tried that has a padded ring that goes around the knee cap to help hold the knee cap in place.
Putting the brace on was super easy. Basically put the brace over your knee, attach the bottom middle strap, then the other two top straps. And the second I put it on I felt relief. (I'm not sure for me if that's a good thing or not because that means that my knee definitely needed some support). But yes, I got instant relief after putting the brace on.
Because of the velcro, it's adjustable as needed.
It was comfortable to wear all day. And yes I wore it all day. In fact, I forgot that it was on because it relieved my knee pain. Future post to come, but I wound up going to Physical Therapy this week for my hamstring injury, and the knee pain was also brought up, It's possible that my patella isn't gliding properly. So, can we say perfect timing that I now have this brace?
If you are looking for a sturdy, easy to use, stretchable, adjustable, what appears to be (so far) durable knee brace, I do encourage you to check out the Kinetiks Knee Pain Relief Support Brace.
