Embracing The Changes In Life

Someone recently asked me about my running and how I currently feel about it. True, I'm not running 5 days per week as I have in the past. I'm not even running my usual 3. I think my new norm for awhile (maybe forever) might be 2 days a week.

How do I feel about it? I feel liberated. I feel like stepping outside of the model of runner to something bigger. Because I've said it before, and I will say it again, I am more than just a runner.
As I grow older with my family, I realize that life is constantly changing. I am constantly changing. And learning to embrace the change definitely makes for an easier transition. For probably the first time in my life, I am

Sky Spills Over By Michael W. Smith

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review. My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

Lil Man and I both love music. Just yesterday, he was trying to teach me a dance. It was so cute. But, as he is getting older, he's also listening to lyrics which means I'm having to be a little more cautious in what I allow him to hear. So this CD by Michael W. Smith is coming at a great time!

And one of the songs on the CD is Sky Spills Over. Here is
a quote from Michael W. Smith about the video: "I’m really passionate about the song SKY SPILLS OVER. It was fun creating it in the studio and I’ve been overwhelmed at the response it gets when we perform it live every night. My son Ryan is a really talented filmmaker so I always enjoy working with him on a project. But what made this project even more special was that 3 of my own grandkids were in the video. This video was a lot of fun to make. I hope people enjoy it!"

I wanted the video to be embedded into this post, but I am having technical difficulties. Instead, you'll need to click here to see Sky Spills Over. So far this is the only song that I've heard from Sovereign, but if the rest of the songs are anything like Sky Spills Over, it's going to be awesome.

And I have a CD for one of you! Simply enter the giveaway tools below.
