Why I'm Weighing In Part 2

I wish that I could write that I'd done it... that I had reached my goal weight. But the reality is I let others' opinions and self doubt creep into my head. So my 2lbs a week weight loss came to a grinding halt and I hit a massive plateau. This snowballed into a self destructive pattern that has resulted in a very unproductive month. Well, to be honest, I can't say that. Because you can learn from every situation right?

Beautiful Weather

I couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather. I was finally able to run in shorts. I ran with my boss after work. It was a nice slow run. It was great to be out there. We ran 4 miles.

I plan to run tomorrow after work. I need to get a strength workout in. I have put it off all week. I just hate doing weights. I wish I could find a way to push myself through it.

Looking forward to some runnning in this nice weather.

  1. Weight training can be out of norm for a runner, but good to develop muscles. lol. Glad you had a great run there with the boss. Take care. God bless.
