Injury Update - YES The Doctor Told Me To

Just wanted to give a quick update for anyone who might not have already heard. I went last week for a follow-up. I was actually in a lot of pain, as much pain as when the injury began. The x-ray did not show any fractures, BUT I was told that I could still have a fracture. I will need a bone scan or MRI to completely rule out any fractures. What did show up, however,

Get A Grip With PurSabino Toeless Yoga Socks

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review. My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

Let me tell you, injuries do a number on you when it comes to muscle imbalances. I knew that my body was 'off', but I didn't realize how 'off' until I started working with a trainer. (When It's Time for Professional Help). We are doing a lot of balance work, and I'm making sure that I do more yoga.

And when your muscles are shaking, it's easy to slip (ahem, I may or may not be speaking from experience). Check out the PurSabina Toeless Yoga Socks.

These socks are awesome. There are little 'grippers' on the bottom that help with traction, and to my surprise, it didn't feel awkward standing on them.

They were easy to slip on, easy to take off, and the fit was comfortable. It really did make holding the poses easier since I didn't have to worry about slipping. Even with a towel, I sometimes find myself slipping, and the PurSabina toeless yoga socks helped with my footing. I felt more confident (especially when I could feel the muscle fatigue or if I was sweating and losing my grip). But with these socks, you can use them anywhere - a mat is not needed.

This was my first experience with yoga socks, and I have to say that I'm hooked. If you've ever thought of trying yoga socks, I encourage you to give PurSabina Toeless Yoga Socks a try!
