Why I Am No Longer Pushing My Body To The Breaking Point

There was a point in my life that I pushed my body to see what it could do. I ultimately broke myself mentally and physically in the process. Win 2 Noxgear Vests

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Noxgear. All opinions expressed are my own and honest in nature.  I'm back! Whew, the flu has been rough. And complications from the flu were even worse. I can't say that I'm by any means 100% but I am at least feeling like I am finally on the mend. And let's celebrate that ( and the fact that it's my birthday month ) by giving away... 2 Noxgear vests. I like the idea of one for you and one for a friend - OR -  you could also choose a lighthound ( or two ).
