Rodan+Fields Soothe Product Review Results

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review. My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

About a month ago, I began using the Rodan+Fields Soothe Regimen. I had heard a lot of good things about it, but I was actually pretty skeptical that it would work for me. I mean I see all of the before and after pictures posted all over the internet, but I really wasn't convinced that I would see any results.

The first few days of using the product, I really liked it. I could feel a difference, and see a difference in my skin. As the days went on, the more I loved the Soothe Regimen from Rodan+Fields.

I've tried my best to get some of my own before and after pictures, but I don't think these pictures really show the difference in my skin. The scars that you see of course are still there, although they might be a little less noticeable. (The Power Of A Scar). But the natural redness of my skin is less intense, and overall my skin has a glow that it didn't have before.

I'm hooked. And I received these products free of charge to test and provide an honest review, but before I run out of the products, I plan to purchase more. And I might even purchase some for some of my family members.

I feel the quality of Rodan+Fields is exceptional. From the information that I've read, it seems like a great company, and my experience with the products show that they have great products.

For any questions about Rodan+Fields, you can contact Christy Savage at Cssavage63@yahoo.com. She will be more than happy to help you with your skin care needs!

  1. I have a skin regimen that I follow daily but I don't use the same products each day and I review different beauty products. I start with a cleanser and follow up with serum and makeup. I'd love to try this this product because your results are impressive.

  2. I really need to do better at skincare. This products looks amazing. My face is suffering especially now in pregnancy. I am leaning towards all natural products but I do have some stubborn spots that will require something more advance.

    1. My skincare regimen is still a work in progress. I tend to get so busy that I just forget sometimes. Congrats on your pregnancy!

  3. I haven't heard of the Rodan regimen before, and I'm not entirely sure what it is, is it a cream that you use primarily for only redness of the skin? I can definitely see a more youthful appearance to your cheeks in the first picture, a little more glow to it, like you mentioned.

I have a pretty good regimen when it comes to my skin. I've been using philosophy products for the past couple of years with results I'm happy with (mainly keeping dry patches away, and using serums at night to keep the skin extra hydrated throughout the night).

    1. It's a 4 step regimen, wash, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen (of course you skip that part at night). I've used the philosophy body products, and I've liked those.

  4. My skincare routine is a disaster! So inconsistent. As I am getting up there in age I really need to get it together. This 4 step regimen is one I pan to look into, thanks for sharing.

  5. I swear…taking face pictures to show 'before' and 'after' shots is so hard. Rodan + Fields has a solid reputation in the skin care field. It's good to know this product is a winner, as I'm usually skeptical about the 'before' and 'after' photos that companies put out too.

  6. I haven't heard of Rodan and Fields before. Now that I'm in my mid-twenties though I've been starting to develop a skin care routine! I'd much rather prevent it than try to fix it, you know? :)

  7. I am always trying to update my skin care regimen because it is always all over the place and always changing. These seem like awesome products and like you, my skin is naturally red, so I bet this would help me too! Definitely looking into it :)

  8. I've tried so many skincare regimens over the years! I have redness in my skin too, and it's always a challenge. This line has been on my must try list......I'm glad to hear your experiences with it!

  9. I am a beauty blogger and always looking for great skincare regimens. I am still in my 20s (late) and I heard I need to start investing in some moisturizers to keep my skin looking young. I love how this product worked on your skin!

Self Care Is Not Selfish It's Necessary

It's not selfish to take care of yourself. It's not selfish to take care of yourself. It's not selfish to take care of yourself. And I'll say it just one more time in case you didn't hear me. It's not selfish to take care of yourself. I have found through experience that when I'm not taking care of myself, not only do I suffer but my family suffers. So ditch the mom guilt and take the time that you need! I have a tendency to keep pushing my needs aside until I reach a breaking point. We've had a very busy fun summer so far. However, I've struggled to get some quality ' me ' time to decompress. I'll spare you the meltdown that ensued. But the reality check that followed prompted me to take action.

Running My Life

Wow, has it really been 2 years since my last post? I suppose that I allowed life to get in the way. For any faithful blog readers, I apologize. Although, I'm not sure how many people actually read blogs anymore. I think most people use other social media platforms.  (By the way, drop by and say hi on Insta. )  But for some reason, each year when I pay for my google domain, I can't seem to let it go. As silly as it sounds, this little space is mine. And lately I've been struggling with ownership and acceptance. And my domain renewal was a not so gentle reminder that I have a voice .  Seriously, you'd think by 48 that I'd have this figured out - nope - apparently not. However, I am wise enough to know that we have a choice to allow situations to harms us or make us stronger. I'm choosing to let this mid-life quandary make me stronger. And because of this, I'm setting goals, taking charge, and reexamining priorities.  Movin' on...

When The Planner In You Must Be Flexible

In case you haven’t figured this out by now, I’m a planner. I know - shocker right?!? :) So although I love substitute teaching, it’s making the planner in me anxious. And it’s been reeking havoc on my workouts. Basically the morning of or maybe the night before, I find out if I’m working. So my day ( that I thought I had planned ) can be turned upside down in an instant. But, truthfully, isn’t that really the same with everyone?
