How I Am Incorporating Alert Caffeine Gum Into My Fitness Routine

Thank you Alert Caffeine Gum for sponsoring this post. All opinions and experiences are my own.

Anyone else struggling with getting back into a routine after being off for the holidays? I know I have. Add in that Lil Man was sick an entire week before Christmas and daily naps became the norm, I'm really struggling to make it through a normal day.

Although we haven't gone back to school yet, Hubby is back to work. And that means if I want to get in a workout or at least one without company and interruptions, I have to get up early and workout before Hubby goes to work. And the rest of the day is the usual go go go.

Thankfully I've had the opportunity to try Alert Caffeine Gum. 1 piece of Alert Gum is about the equivalent of a half a cup of coffee. (And for me that means no jitters). It's just enough ooomph to give me the boost that I need.

Full Disclosure: I received products free of charge for the purpose of providing a review.  My opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

We don't eat as healthy as we should. Our nutrition is a work in progress for me to try to switch us over to a healthier lifestyle. And sometimes I just can't seem to get us away from processed food. So when I was given these products from Influenster I was more than thrilled to give them a try.

I loved that the Honest Kids juice had less sugar than other juices. I'd already been introduced to Annie's, and Lil Man was overall pleased with them. He isn't a fan of the cheddar bunnies, but since I refuse to buy other cheesy crackers (that he calls cheesy fish) then he either has bunnies or no cheesy crackers. He did however like the cookies (chocolate was his favorite).

And we both loved the Annie's Mini Pizza bagels. I loved that it's made with uncured pepperoni! And the Applegate Half Time lunch kits were also a huge hit. The ham (which is also uncured) was our favorite.

I know that fresh is best, but sometimes that doesn't work out for us. And even though this is processed, at least I know that it's healthier (in many ways) than some of the other processed food out there.

Overall, I was more than pleased with these products. I encourage you to check them out if you haven't already.

Do you have any kid friendly snacks you'd recommend?

I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes
