Why I'm Weighing In Part 2

I wish that I could write that I'd done it... that I had reached my goal weight. But the reality is I let others' opinions and self doubt creep into my head. So my 2lbs a week weight loss came to a grinding halt and I hit a massive plateau. This snowballed into a self destructive pattern that has resulted in a very unproductive month. Well, to be honest, I can't say that. Because you can learn from every situation right?

4 Mile Run

What a BEAUTIFUL day for a run. The temps were in the mid 50's. The wind was a little chilly at times, but overall it was truly gorgeous. I had a long day at work with a long meeting, but it felt great to just get out there and run today. I struggled during the middle of the run, but I was able to push through it at the end. I hope I have a decent run on Saturday.

My goal is to get a short run in tomorow.  Hopefully my schedule will allow it.

Today's Mile splits
Mile 1 ~ 9:39
Mile 2 ~ 9:59
Mile 3 ~ 10:19
Mile 4 ~ 9:05.
