Swimming


I decided that since I didn't run today that I would go to the gym and swim. I had high hopes of swimming 30 minutes. After the first HALF of a lap I wasn't so sure I would make it 10 minutes. I was able to go 20 but that was my limit today.

I still have a hard time with swimming. I get so tired. But I plan to try to swim at least once or twice a week to crosstrain. I hope I get better at it.
