Mid Morning Run

I can't really say that I was totally hyped up to go run today. But I felt that I needed to get a run in. I was just too tired yesterday to do it. But I only had one run in this week. So I ran 3.7 today. I had a fairly decent pace, and was worn out by the end of the run. So it felt good.

I am going to be running this weekend with the new running buddy that I ran with earlier this week. She plans to run 15 miles. My longest distance has been 11 and that was months go. I would like to run the total distance with her, but I'm not so sure at this point.
